Comparable sales, property condition, location, taxes, utilities, and transaction terms need to be evaluated for the actual home and its local market. Our Ada and Cascade monthly reports describe those areas; they are not regionwide statistics.
Forest Hills Public Schools is a school district spanning multiple communities, not a city or standalone neighborhood. Our district and Central, Northern, and Eastern attendance guides are reference resources. Confirm a specific property's assignment and current boundaries with the school district; a mailing address or listing label alone does not establish eligibility.
